Let the good times roll at Catch & Cut with the debut of Sushi Summer Nights, a rooftop celebration of fresh flavors and warm summer evenings. Every Monday through Wednesday from 5 to close, guests are invited to indulge in 25% off our full signature sushi bar menu, featuring fresh nigiri, sashimi, select raw bar delights, and the sushi of the day. Sip on chilled sake, handcrafted signature and classic cocktails, and sommelier-selected wines by the glass while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of our balcony overlooking Las Olas.

Led by Executive Chef André Bienvenu and renowned Sushi Chef Inyoman Atmaja, the experience showcases an artful menu. Florida Stone Crab Season Has Ended, But We’ll Be Cracking Again Soon

Florida stone crab season is officially closed, and with it, our team has pressed pause on serving this iconic delicacy. At Catch & Cut, freshness is non-negotiable. While frozen stone crab claws are available during the off-season, Chef Andre has chosen to remove them from our summer menu to preserve the integrity and flavor that only fresh, in-season seafood can deliver.

We’re already counting down the days until October 15, 2025, when Florida’s stone crab season reopens and we can once again offer our guests the sweet, succulent claws that have become a seasonal favorite. Stay tuned… they’re definitely worth the wait.
