Catch & Cut is honored to host our first monthly Wine Pairing Dinner in collaboration with the acclaimed Signorello Estate. Join us on Thursday, April 17th, 2025, for an evening that brings together the richness of Napa Valley wines and a multi-course menu crafted to highlight their complexity and character.

The evening begins with passed delights and pours of Trim Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon during our 6:30 PM reception, followed by a seated four-course dinner at 7:00 PM. Each dish, from pan-roasted sea bass to a table side hand-carved tomahawk ribeye, is perfectly paired with Signorello’s Estate wines, including the celebrated ‘Hope’s Cuvée,’ ‘S’ Cabernet, and the iconic ‘Padroné.’
